Thank you for your purchase/registration with td-eng.org. We hope you are happy with your experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, you may review our refund policy below.

* The refund policy only applies to purchases/registrations made via td-eng.org. We are not responsible for, nor able to process, refunds for transactions made through third‑party platforms. Please contact the point of purchase directly. 

1. Conference & Event Registrations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 14 to 29 days will incur a [20]% administrative fee.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at [Insert Email].

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use the form below to submit your Order ID and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
